The Service is fully automated and does not involve any human-driven services or manual processing. All recipe extraction, analysis, and generation is performed entirely by AI systems. The output ("Recipes") is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and may contain inaccuracies.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent;
• Provide accurate information when registering;
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials;
• All activity under your account;
• Not sharing or reselling access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

• The recipes generated by our AI are automatically produced and not verified for accuracy, nutrition, or safety.
• You understand that results may contain errors or incomplete information.
• You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for dietary or health decisions.
• We do not include or reproduce any personal or copyrighted material from the original video creators beyond what is legally permissible under fair use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the Service;
• Misrepresent AI-generated results as your own without disclosure;
• Use the Service to scrape, republish, or commercially reproduce YouTube content in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans.
• Payment processing is handled by Paddle, and you agree to their terms.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our Service and immediate access provided upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid, including but not limited to monthly or yearly subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period or any previously paid fees.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Plan limits (e.g., number of video conversions per month) reset monthly.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Service — including design, software, trademarks, and branding — remains our exclusive property. You retain rights to your uploaded inputs but grant us a limited license to process them solely for providing the Service.

8. Data and Privacy
