• These are stored to monitor quota usage, performance, and prevent abuse.
• Temporary data (like transcripts) may be processed by our AI provider and then deleted.

d. Technical Data

• Browser type, device, IP address, and usage statistics for analytics and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service;
• Authenticate users (via Clerk);
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Generate AI-based recipe results;

3. AI and Content Processing

• Uploaded YouTube URLs and transcripts are used solely to generate structured recipes.
• AI processing may occur through third-party AI providers under strict data handling agreements.
• The AI may analyze transcripts to infer missing recipe details (nutrition, servings, etc.), but it does not store personal or identifying data from video creators.
• Outputs are stored only for your access within your account.

4. Data Retention

• Account and usage data are retained as long as your account is active.
• Upon deletion or termination, your data and recipes will be permanently removed within 30 days.
• Temporary processing data (AI inputs, transcripts) are deleted immediately after completion.

5. Data Sharing

We only share data with trusted third parties necessary to operate our Service:

• Clerk — user authentication and identity management.
• Paddle — subscription and payment processing.
• Railway — hosting infrastructure.
• Database (PostgreSQL) — stores non-sensitive recipe and usage data.

All partners comply with modern security standards and handle data under contractual confidentiality obligations.
